Abdominal Myomectomy
Following an abdominal myomectomy, delivery of pregnancies may involve a C-section. This is done to decrease the chances of uterus injuries during childbirth. The requirement for a C-section will be determined by how deeply the fibroids were implanted in the wall of the uterus when they were removed.
